Challa Group is executing the residential complex project named “The Pyramid” located at Panvel Hills, Ambivali, Mumbai-Pune Expressway near Khalapur Tollgate in Maharashtra state. The project is comprising of Residential Buildings having wings A,B,D,E,G & H (Stilt + Podium + 19 typical floors) and wings C & F (Stilt + Podium + 16 typical floors) of estimated built up area of 6.63 lacs sq. ft. for 626 units comprising of 210 nos. 1 BHK flats and 416 nos. 2 BHK flats.
We are developing the entire project which consists of – Earthwork in Excavation, Civil, Structural, Waterproofing, Building Finishing works, Low side Plumbing Work, Low side Electrical Work, Fire Fighting and Lifts.
